-Prayer List

Thursday 2nd April

We will not be holding our monthly Ministry & Mission Prayer Meeting at church due to the COVID-19 virus, but instead the format of the meeting will change with each of us remaining in our homes and participating by individually praying for one hour, starting at 7:30pm on Thursday 2nd April. Please focus your prayer on the list below.

  1. That the hope we have in Jesus will sustain us during this difficult time.

  2. Ask the Lord to give many opportunities to present the gospel to unbelievers.

  3. That we will see many come to faith in Jesus and our church grow strongly during this time.

  4. That the spread of the virus be supernaturally slowed.

  5. The aged and immunocompromised in our church would be especially protected.

  6. Fears and worries among our people will be calmed and they would look to the hope we have in Jesus.

  7. We ask that those who have lost jobs will be provided with sufficient money to meet their needs and be sustained until the current problem is over.

  8. Our government would make good and wise decisions that will benefit the population.

  9. Those working on the development of a vaccine would succeed in record time;

  10. Please pray that the streaming of the weekly service works well and the Bible teaching reaches all our congregation.

  11. That offerings are maintained so that our pastors can continue to be employed in Christian ministry at WCOC.
