Faith Alone in Christ Alone

To avoid relying on works-based religion, Paul advises us to consider our good deeds as rubbish compared to Christ's perfect work. Faith alone in Christ alone, is trusting only in what Jesus has accomplished, and this brings righteousness before God, strength to resist sin, comfort in suffering, and hope for eternal life.
